| AMI Expo 2007, the leading exhibition and convention for the meat, poultry and seafood industries and part of the Worldwide Food Expo 2007 will take place in Chicago from 24 to 27 October 2007. The event will feature more than 1,000 exhibitors showcasing the latest in food processing and packaging equipment, sector specific software, supplies, services, etc. There will also be specific exhibitors covering issues including food safety, hygiene and packing, as well as experts in the manufacture, distribution and refrigeration of products.
