ICEX, the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade, is organizing Spain’s information pavilion at the annual Texas Library Association fair (TLA'09) that takes place in Houston from 31 March to 3 April 2009. This action forms part of the Spanish book promotion plan called "America Reads Spanish".
