Spanish fast-fashion chain MNG by MANGO has set its sights on Southern California. The franchise opened its second location at Westfield Century City mall i Century City las month, and will launch at least four more stores in Southern California by this April -on Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade, on Colorado Avenue in Pasadena, in the Glendale Galleria mall in Glendale and at Topanga Plaza in Canoga Park. Its first unit here bowed in May - a 5,737 -square-foot store in South Coast Plaza mall in Costa Mesa. The 4,500-square-foot store in Bellevue Square in Seattle. "Location is crucial to our expansion plans, and Century City is an 'A' mall," said Jose Gomez, vice president of international business development. The retailer also plans stores in Chicago, Dallas, Orlando, Fla., Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Boston by the end of next year.
