Description:Star Chefs Congress, an event limited to foodservice industry professionals, will have as its theme "What is American Cuisine?" at the September, 2009 symposium. The Congress hopes to determine how experts from the United States and other countries see and define American cuisine, and show - through tastings, seminars, counseling sessions and panel discussions on current industry topics - how it varies in different parts of the country.
Attend chef demonstrations, hands-on chef, pastry and mixology workshops, career counseling sessions, wine tastings, business seminars, and expert panels on current industry topics.
Wines from Spain and Foods from Spain will be participating with tasting showing the quality and versatiliy of Spanish wines and food.
